Amazing Work on 200amp Service Upgrade
Thank you very much for the amazing work your team completed for our relocation and upgrade to 200amp service for our house, including burying the lines. I am thrilled with the coordination with the town for the inspection and National Grid to get the cutover done so smoothly. I am especially grateful to your team for their progress updates and patience with all my questions. The generator interlock is a fantastic safety feature, and I am thrilled with the ability to power the whole panel and then choose which circuits are live during a power outage, which was not present before. The floor receptacle is very nice (removes the trip hazard in the living room!) and the RV outlet is more than I hoped for. Thanks again for your patience throughout the planning and execution of this upgrade.

I live in Hingham, and I have used the service of MJ Carr twice! Once in the summer, when they upgraded the amps of the house from 100 to 200, and they installed an EV charger for me, and once a few days ago when they installed and wired a floodlight camera. We asked M. J. Carr to look at a perplexing problem we were having with a circuit breaker. Sawyer, the technician they sent, made a detailed examination of the issue and tried several possible causes of the problem and came to the conclusion that the circuit breaker was okay, but there was a possible problem in the toaster we were using. He explained each step in what he did so we could understand what was happening. We were very happy with the work he did. I would highly recommend M. J.
